Support fleet operations by ensuring vehicle and equipment availability, controlling preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and monitoring fuel, telematics, fines, and claims. Update vehicle, driver, and contract registrations while tracking checklists for vehicle pickup and return. Prepare and update fleet indicators and reports, manage supplier and leasing contracts, and organize documentation and evidence. Ensure compliance with fleet policy and internal processes while contributing to continuous improvement focused on safety, availability, and cost reduction. Requires high school diploma, prior experience in the role, and advanced Excel skills. Experience in sanitation or construction is a plus.
