Conduct active recovery outreach to clients, providing precise information on negotiations and scheduling to facilitate financial solutions. Analyze individual financial scenarios to propose the most efficient payment strategies and evaluate new terms for sustainable re-adherence. Execute empathetic negotiations to restructure debts while adhering to company protocols and scripts. Manage high volumes of calls and administrative processes simultaneously to meet recovery targets. This role requires a medium school education with experience in collections or telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle objections. Located in Dois Irmãos/RS, the position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 07:55 to 17:55 (or 16:55 on Fridays).
