Execute specific support activities for guest services and resolve guest issues aligned with the Unit Leader. Provide assistance in clarifying doubts to guests and report information from these interactions. Present products and services while directing efforts toward memberships and guest retention. Perform additional activities within the guest service and reception area. This role requires a dynamic mindset focused on consumer experience, high energy, and proactive teamwork. Candidates with higher education in progress are a plus.
