Execute specific support activities for the guest reception area, resolving guest issues in alignment with the Unit Leader. Provide assistance in clarifying doubts to guests and report information from these interactions. Present products and services, directing efforts toward guest enrollments and retention. Perform additional activities within the reception and welcome area. This role requires a dynamic mindset focused on consumer experience, high energy, and strong communication skills.
