Execute specific support activities for guest reception and resolve guest issues aligned with the Unit Leader. Provide assistance in clarifying doubts to guests and report information from these interactions. Present products and services, directing effort toward guest enrollments and retention. Perform additional activities within the reception and welcome area. This role supports the Selfit mission of promoting quality of life through exercise and wellness across its 200 units in 16 Brazilian states. The position requires a dynamic, high-energy profile with strong communication skills and a customer experience mindset.
