Job Summary
Conduct active and receptive phone negotiations with Lojas Renner S.A. customers on overdue accounts, performing simple interest and amortization calculations while issuing bank invoices and statements. Offer clear, efficient solutions to clients during these multiskill calls, strictly adhering to company policies and respecting individual customer profiles. Requires a complete high school education, basic Office skills, and strong verbal communication abilities. Full-time on-site schedule of 6x1, with shifts running from 12:40 to 19:00 or 14:30 to 20:50.

- Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office
- 100% presencial
- Escala 6x1 - Horários: 12h40 as 19h00 ou 14h30 as 20h50
