Job Summary
Conduct technical field visits to residential developments for client and syndicate requests, performing inspections and preparing units for handover. Execute technical analyses, draft technical opinions, and record all service details while supervising third-party repair teams to ensure quality, schedule, and completion. Monitor ongoing work, manage key handover adjustments, and maintain technical documentation to support continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharia Civil (a partir do 3o ano)
- Conhecimento básico de leitura e interpretação de projetos
- Pacote Office (Excel e Word)
