Assistent versmanager

Coach and guide colleagues on daily tasks, assist with preparing, slicing, and packaging fresh products, and manage planning, orders, and forecasts. Maintain oversight by adhering to established guidelines while engaging directly with customers to build rapport. Mentor new team members to ensure they integrate smoothly and support the entire group in maintaining a high-quality, well-run butcher section within the supermarket. Work 32 to 38 hours per week with flexibility for weekend shifts, requiring strong Dutch language skills and a proactive, independent approach.
