Job Summary
Conduct daily operations for the picking department by directing and mentoring orderpickers while monitoring progress and productivity. Manage staff and break schedules, oversee safety and quality standards, and handle administrative tasks such as time registration. Act as a substitute for the Team Leader when absent and drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing changes. Work the evening shift from Monday to Friday (14:00–22:00/23:00), with occasional Saturday availability, within the retail environment of HEMA.
Required Qualifications
- MBO- of HBO-werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol
- Ervaring met MS Word en Excel
- Beschikbaarheid voor de avonddienst van maandag t/m vrijdag (14.00 – 22.00/23.00 uur)
- Beschikbaarheid om af en toe op zaterdag te werken
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Goede mondelinge verstaanbaarheid van het Engels
- Communicatief sterk zijn
- Toegankelijk zijn
- Op natuurlijke wijze het goede voorbeeld geven
