Job Summary
Support the supervisor in directing hospitality and catering teams for theater productions, including & JULIET, ensuring smooth operational preparation, execution, and closing. Manage front-of-house service quality and guest experience for VIP arrangements, business events, and daily performances while acting as the primary contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Identify process improvements and collaborate on service concepts to enhance guest satisfaction during high-volume evenings. This role requires 32-40 hours per week with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates need at least two years of leadership experience in hospitality or events, strong communication skills, and excellent Dutch language proficiency.
