Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, coaching colleagues, planning briefings, and ensuring optimal customer service. Optimize tasks and processes while contributing to sales targets. Perform hands-on duties including cashiering, stock replenishment, display setup, and freight processing. Maintain a 35-hour week with flexible rosters requiring a minimum of one weekend day.
