Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in daily retail operations by coaching staff, planning briefings, and optimizing processes to drive sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service through advising, helping, and providing service while maintaining overall store oversight. Handle ad-hoc tasks including cashier duties, stock replenishment, display setup, and freight processing. Work a 35-hour week with flexible rosters, including at least one weekend day, with a minimum of 20 vacation days plus extra days via overtime.
