Job Summary
Manage daily boutique operations by supporting the Store Manager in sales targets, customer service, and visual merchandising. Coordinate team activities, organize customer events, and conduct inventory while ensuring store standards and cleanliness. Handle receiving and system entry for new stock. This role requires flexibility for shifts Monday through Saturday, including weekends, and proficiency in German.
