Job Summary
Support the production manager in daily operations by planning, steering, and optimizing machining production workflows. Coordinate and accompany investment and optimization projects while assisting with capacity, personnel, and resource planning. Manage organizational and administrative tasks within the production environment and serve as the liaison between production, work preparation, quality assurance, maintenance, and procurement. This role prepares you for a future leadership position within Anton Paar ShapeTec's high-tech manufacturing, offering an intensive individual onboarding process. The position is covered by the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, with a typical starting salary of €3,416.00 gross per month.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, Meister, Werkmeister oder Studium) mit Schwerpunkt Produktionstechnik, Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanung, Metallverarbeitung oder Produktion in einem Zulieferbetrieb von Vorteil
- Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP (vorzugsweise SAP) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
