Job Summary
Coordinate gastronomic service and kitchen staff during concerts, shows, and special events while supporting the operations manager in planning and execution. Serve as the primary contact for guests, suppliers, and employees to ensure smooth event flow and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain quality control throughout the catering operation. Requires evening and weekend availability for event coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft – insbesondere bei Abend- und Wochenendveranstaltungen
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
- Teamorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Catering- oder Veranstaltungsbereich wünschenswert
