Job Summary
Manage daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and development for a retail team. Oversee financial, operational, and logistical processes within the store while driving commercial opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset. Lead performance management to foster a winning culture that consistently meets or exceeds targets. Maintain a positive atmosphere where every customer and colleague receives a genuine smile. Requires minimum two years of team leadership experience and an MBO background.
Required Qualifications
