Job Summary
Lead the sales team and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and optimal customer experiences. Assist the store manager with rostering, staff scheduling, and achieving sales targets while maintaining an attractive product presentation and store ambiance. Foster a positive work environment through strong communication and organizational skills. Work full-time (38 hours/week) with a fixed schedule, including Saturdays in rotating shifts across locations like Zonhoven, Lier, Schilde, Edegem, and Reet. This role offers real growth opportunities, correct compensation, and on-the-job training within the Hubo Group's retail division.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een middelbare schooldiploma
- Voltijds contract 38h/week
- een vast uurrooster 5 dagen per week, vrije dag door de week - zaterdag werken
- (In volgende filialen afwisselend zaterdag of zondag werken: Hubo Zonhoven - Lier - Schilde - Edegem - Reet )

- Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol is een pluspunt
