Job Summary
Conduct daily guidance and ADL care for individuals with multiple severe disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding while managing behavioral challenges. Monitor non-verbal cues and body language to recognize needs for rest, proximity, or space, then collaborate with colleagues to implement personalized care plans. Support clients in making their own choices and maintain continuous team communication to organize support effectively. Work flexible shifts including morning, afternoon, night, and sleep services across a 24/36-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- een afgeronde zorgopleiding op mbo 3-niveau, bijvoorbeeld Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg of Verzorgende IG
- kennis van of ervaring met EMB en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag
- oog voor wat een cliënt nodig heeft, ook als iemand dat niet met woorden kan vertellen
- zin om samen te werken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
- 24 tot 36 uur per week
- ochtenddiensten vanaf 7.00 uur
- avonddiensten met starttijden tussen 14.30 uur en 16.00 uur en eindtijden tussen 20.00 uur en 23.00 uur
- slaapdiensten van ongeveer 22.30/23.00 uur tot 7.00 uur
- op termijn nachtdiensten van 22.15 uur tot 7.15 uur
