Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to client goals, perform mobility assessments, and create safe, effective stretch plans. Educate clients on proper movement, posture, and body awareness while documenting session notes and tracking progress. Collaborate with a wellness-driven team in a studio focused on trust and care. Work with diverse clients ranging from post-rehab patients to active adults to help them regain mobility and reduce pain. This role offers flexible scheduling for part-time or supplemental income, featuring competitive hourly pay and paid certification training within the national leader in assisted stretching.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or similar rehab background
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for improving movement, function, and quality of life
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or manual therapy
- Familiarity with functional movement, stretching protocols, or mobility training
- Background in massage therapy, yoga, or personal training
