Job Summary
Lead and oversee health-related services for residents in an Assisted Living community, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and community policies. Build working relationships with residents’ healthcare providers, coordinate activities across health services, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality care. Requires an LPN or RN license, with 2+ years in-home health or geriatric nursing and 2–4 years of supervisory experience to drive resident well-being and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required
- A minimum of at least two years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position
- A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required
