Job Summary
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating. Answer resident calls promptly and perform assigned housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Adhere to weekend and holiday rotations while documenting care using administrative tools. Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Meet general health requirements and possess excellent communication skills and empathy.
