Assisted Living Sales Counselor

Responsible for managing the community’s assisted living sales and occupancy, including internal/external outreach, following up on inquiries, coordinating assessments, and guiding prospective residents and families through the tour-to-deposit process. Requires meeting or exceeding sales metrics, collaborating with the team and referral sources, maintaining accurate CRM data, and contributing to the strategic marketing and sales plan. Must be able to manage own schedule, initiate problem resolution, and communicate regularly with leadership about bed availability and referrals.
