Assisted Living-RN Per-diem

Assess residents' health status and clinical needs, monitor medical conditions and daily activity levels, and administer medications and supplies. Supervise Care Associates to ensure day-to-day nursing activities align with state and local standards. Manage medical emergencies, document services in EMAR, and communicate findings to physicians and involved parties. Coordinate external healthcare services with Social Services and develop community medical referral resources. Serve as an advocate for residents to assist with problem resolution. Requires a current NJ RN license and at least two years in long-term care or assisted living.
