Assisted Living Resident Assistant

Job Summary
Provide encouragement and high-quality care to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing) and supporting transfer/ambulation as needed. Work as part of a nurse-directed team, respond quickly to emergency calls, and help move equipment and coordinates with residents and staff to ensure a safe, compassionate living environment. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
- Certification: First Aid Course
- Experience: Previous experience preferred
