Job Summary
Provide encouragement and high-quality care to residents in an assisted living setting. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing) and support transfer or ambulation as needed. Roll carts and laundry through resident areas, communicate and coordinate with the care team, and respond quickly to emergency calls under nurse supervision. Work as part of a team to deliver person-centered care in a family-like Otterbein community. Location: Marblehead, Ohio (US).
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
- Certification: First Aid Course
- Experience: Previous experience preferred
