Job Summary
Provide encouragement and high-quality care to Assisted Living residents in a team-based setting. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing) and provide non-weight-bearing assistance related to transfer ambulation. Safely move equipment and supplies, communicate with residents and team members, and respond to emergency calls under nurse supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care within Otterbein SeniorLife’s resident-focused communities in Marblehead, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
- Certification: First Aid Course
- Experience: Previous experience preferred
