Provide encouragement and high-quality care to residents in Assisted Living, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (oral care, bathing, toileting, dressing) and non-weight-bearing transfer/ambulation needs. Work under the nurse in charge, coordinate with the team, respond quickly to emergencies, and support residents to ensure compassionate, person-centered care within a family-like community. Emphasis on teamwork, communication, and adherence to care routines across multiple living settings within Otterbein SeniorLife.
