Job Summary
Provide compassionate assistance to residents in an Assisted Living setting, helping with Activities of Daily Living (oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing) and supporting transfer ambulation as needed. Work as part of a nurse-guided team, operate and move carts and laundry hampers safely, coordinate with residents’ needs, and respond quickly to emergency calls from Independent Living residents. Emphasis on person-centered care within Otterbein’s values and a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- First Aid Course
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous experience preferred
