Assisted Living Resident Assistant

Provide encouragement and high-quality care in a cheerful, timely manner while assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, including oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing. Offer supervision, cueing, or non-weight-bearing assistance for transfer ambulation and safely roll carts and laundry hampers through work and resident areas. Communicate with residents and coordinate with the team structure under the supervision and direction of the nurse in charge. Quickly respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse in charge. Work part-time shifts from 2p to 10p in a family-like campus setting.
