Job Summary
Resident Assistant for Assisted Living (full-time, day shift) responsible for medication administration and daily resident care activities. Role includes assisting with grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, monitoring residents’ health, and promptly reporting changes to healthcare professionals and family members. Maintains accurate documentation of care and medication administration in compliance with regulatory standards. On-site, West Des Moines, IA; 6:00am–2:30pm shift; starting pay based on experience with a $5,000 sign-on bonus; includes shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.
