Job Summary
Assisted Living QMAP - PRN responsibilities include meeting the daily personal care needs of residents, assisting with ADLs, monitoring and administering prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse, maintaining MAR documentation, and ensuring communication with supervisors. Requires medication certification (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation) and high school education. Physical ability to assist with residents and mobility; contributes to a warm, respectful elder-care environment and participates in staff meetings. Emphasis on safety, documentation accuracy, reporting suspected abuse or changes in resident status, and adhering to state care regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school or Equivalent (GED)
- Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation
- One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
