Assisted Living QMAP - PRN (As Needed)

Provide personal care to residents in assisted living and supervise medications for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Administer medications per MAR (right resident, right dose, right time, right medication, right route) and assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry. Monitor and document residents’ condition, communicate with supervisor and family as appropriate, report abuse or changes in status, restock medication supplies, participate in staff meetings, and perform other duties as assigned while ensuring safety and confidentiality. Requires medication certification/QMAP-A/L or Med Tech/Med Aide credentials and High School diploma or GED; prior elder-care experience preferred. PRN/part-time role in Grand Junction, CO.
