Job Summary
Develop, administer, and oversee the Regional Assisted Living Ombudsman services to advocate for and maintain residents' rights in compliance with federal Older Americans Act regulations and state policies. Collaborate with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services State Ombudsman Unit to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Manage supervisory responsibilities and prioritize daily duties while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience with older adults or disabilities, and a reliable vehicle. Salary is $65,000 with comprehensive benefits including 13 paid holidays, health insurance, and flexible work options.
