Assisted Living Nursing Director - RN

Health Services Director (Assisted Living) leads the health services department, overseeing resident care, coordinating services with physicians, discharge planners, and other professionals; supervises and trains health services staff; develops individualized service plans and ensures residents’ rights to participate in decision-making with dignity and respect. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of residents’ health and functional status, developing and monitoring care plans, coordinating ancillary services (pharmacy, podiatry, lab, x-ray), ensuring effective communication with residents’ families, and supporting a high-performance, coach-and-teach leadership culture. Requires nursing leadership experience in geriatrics, ability to manage care plans and move-in processes, and licensure as an RN (license strongly preferred) with an Associates or BSN.
