Assisted Living Nurse ( RN )

Job Summary
Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to Assisted Living and Independent Living+ residents, including admission assessments through discharge, while maintaining regulatory compliance. Offer care supervision and leadership to licensed and unlicensed staff, supervise RCAC staff (training, payroll back-up, performance management, in-services, monthly staff meetings). Requires Wisconsin RN licensure and strong communication; on-call rotation and Monday–Friday day shifts. Wages start around $39.50/hour equivalent with pay based on experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain licensure by start date)
- Valid driver’s license; must maintain a safe driving record
- Experience working with computers and ability to adapt to new software/programs
- 2-3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in healthcare or related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices (preferred)
- Strong communication skills for professional interactions with staff, residents, pharmacies, etc.
