Job Summary
Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Assisted Living and Memory Care services, fostering a culture centered on resident dignity and person-centered care. Lead and mentor department staff while ensuring compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Partner with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional service and support occupancy growth through outstanding customer experiences. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment at this well-established senior living community in the southern suburbs of Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated experience managing Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities
- strong commitment to quality resident care and team leadership
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living operations
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Illinois Assisted Living regulations and dementia care best practices
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operations, and building positive workplace culture
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
