Job Summary
The Assisted Living and Memory Care Director will oversee daily operations of assisted living and memory care departments, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a resident-centered care environment. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring policies, leading and training staff, collaborating to create personalized care plans, managing budgets and staff schedules, promoting safety and quality assurance programs, and staying updated on industry trends. Candidates must have relevant licensure, a minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN or LPN in a senior care setting, and leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- LPN or LVN licensure is required in state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN or LPN in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is preferred
