Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle. Identify resident medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions and personnel performance. Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services while coordinating care with other disciplines. Delegate and supervise the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM with a $1.50 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license valid in state worked
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
