Assisted Living LPN Part-Time 11p-7a

Comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines for Westminster Services while assisting with resident care planning and implementation based on medical orders. Monitor vital signs including blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure, and ensure residents receive prescribed medications on time. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfer, ambulation, and toileting. Ensure certified nursing assistants follow medical orders and communicate care updates to the medical team as needed. This part-time role requires 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts with every other weekend coverage.
