Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Assisted Living team. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed; monitors residents’ health status and reports changes; provides direct nursing care and support; completes accurate documentation; responds to emergencies; supervises CNAs and care staff; ensures compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies; participates in shift reports and care planning meetings; fosters a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff. Schedule includes 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts with part-time options, including weekends and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
- CPR certification preferred
