Assisted Living - Licensed Practical Nurse

Direct resident care in our Assisted Living area, collaborating with physicians, residents, and multi-disciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support. Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders while recognizing their autonomy and placing decision-making in their hands. Focus on delivering high-quality service and care that honors the choices residents make. Shifts include 7a-3p and 3p-11p, with pay starting at $28.00 per hour plus a $1.00 differential for the second shift. This role is part of our partner model at Otterbein North Olmsted, where we prioritize person-centered care in our small house neighborhoods.
