Job Summary
Complete accurate resident assessments, determine appropriate care levels, and maintain all resident files and reports. Supervise and administer medications, maintain emergency plans, and coordinate third-party care providers while managing the department budget and staffing forecasts. Conduct departmental planning, hire and train care team associates, and improve resident and family satisfaction. Requires an active LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and experience working with seniors. Available Monday through Friday with weekend and night coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Director-level care leadership role
- BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields
- Experience in working with seniors
- Active LPN license
- CPR Certified
- First Aid Certified
- Universal Precautions trained
- Ability to work weekends and/or nights as needed
- successfully passing a drug screen
- TB Test
- Background Check
