Assisted Living Coordinator

Coordinate staffing, training, and scheduling while managing direct resident care, medication administration, and meal preparation. Lead hiring and onboarding processes, cover open shifts, and oversee daily life enrichment activities including menu production and event planning. Handle administrative duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, submitting financials, and approving timecards. Ensure timely room turnovers and assist with laundry and cleaning as needed. This Full-Time role includes an on-call rotation every other week. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour with shift differentials for NOC shifts.
