Job Summary
Provide daily supportive and functional care to residents in an assisted living setting according to established procedures and in collaboration with nursing leadership. Perform activities of daily living, assist with meals, maintain residents’ comfort and dignity, observe and report changes to the nurse, participate in care/service plans, document care in clinical records, and support residents’ involvement in daily activities. Must have or be eligible for CNA certification (Missouri/Illinois/Pennsylvania), and be prepared to work full-time nights in a resident-centered care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Missouri, Illinois, or Pennsylvania enrollment/eligibility for enrollment within 120 days of training completion on state nurse aide registry
- Ability to communicate with residents
- Desire to be part of a person-centered care team
- Experience with direct patient/resident care preferred
