Job Summary
Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Act under the direction of the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing while adhering to all applicable governance requirements. Requires a current, unencumbered active LPN license, a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or nursing care facility, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program
- current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state
- One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility
