Job Summary
Caregiver (Resident Life Partner) at DaySpring Services Assisted Living in Norton Shores, Muskegon, or Fruitport Twp. Provide ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming), assist with medications, meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping, and enrich residents’ lives with activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; caregiving experience is helpful but not required; CNA/MA or Med Tech experience preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Faith-based organization with Statement of Faith required. Schedule includes 8-hour shifts on a rotating basis across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; Part-Time/Full-Time roles with PTO, weekly pay, free meals during shift, scrubs provided, paid training, and holiday pay. Compensation: $18.00–$19.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for serving older adults
- Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required
- CNA/MA preferred but not required
- Med Tech experience helpful but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
