Assistant Youth Mentor

Assist in planning and implementing dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered. Cultivate a sensitive, patient childcare environment for both children and families while maintaining a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines. Supervise each child in your care by identifying, seeing, hearing, directing, and assisting to ensure a safe environment, always upholding YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies. This role supports an amazing team within a non-profit organization dedicated to making the community stronger.
