Job Summary
Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development for toddlers aged 12-18 months. Support daily classroom routines, manage transitions during meals and nap time, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage social interaction and emotional regulation while communicating effectively with parents regarding progress and concerns. Collaborate with staff to provide high-quality care in a nurturing atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and comply with health and safety regulations.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children, particularly toddlers, is preferred.
- A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
