Job Summary
Assist the wrestling program for the 2027 season by coaching student-athletes, developing and applying strategies to improve individual and team performance, and instructing in large groups, small groups, and individualized settings. Collaborate with other coaches, administration, and staff to ensure a positive school climate, communicate with players, parents, and other coaches, and contribute to a professional learning team of varsity coaches. Emphasize effective discipline and teaching practices, organizational skills, and participation in multiple sports as part of a holistic athletic program. Required Qualifications
- Successful coaching experience, preferably at the high school level
- Alternate qualifications may be considered
- Meet requirements for a background check and fingerprinting
