Assistant Wrestling Coach 2026-2027

Assistant Wrestling Coach for the 2026-2027 season at St. Albans High School. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating coaching staff, developing instruction and practice sessions, teaching fundamental wrestling skills, supervising participants, handling equipment and budgeting, ensuring safety and compliance with WVSSAC and league policies, attending WVSSAC meetings, and fostering positive relationships with participants, staff, families, and the community. Requires valid WV teaching certification or WVDE teaching permit or substitute permit, and WVSSAC certification; high school diploma or GED is required. Training requirements include completing WVSSAC Training and Certification Program and KCS concussion training; and annual certification steps as outlined.
